Petra

Is a city carved and sculpted in the stone. Is located in a narrow valley, east of the Arava valley that stretches from the Dead Sea to the Gulf of Aqaba. Is in Jordania.

Was occupied in the sixth century a. C. by the Nabataeans who made it prosper

Many buildings whose facades are directly carved into the rock, forming a unique monument from December 6, 1985, is inscribed on the List of World Heritage of UNESCO. 

The area surrounding the site is also, since 1993, National Archaeological Park.

El taj mahal

Is a complex of buildings built between 1631 and 1654 in the city of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India, on the banks of Yamuna, the Muslim emperor Shah Jahan of the Mughal dynasty. 

The stunning set was erected in honor of his favorite wife, Arjumand Bano Begum, better known as Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to their 14th child. 

The construction required the effort of 20,000 workers.
